Already hearing the chatter that the White Sox should bring him back on a 1 year deal. If he finishes the year like this, that could make sense, but he would probably be our #2 starter instead of #4 or #5 based on how most teams would project a pitcher who really hasn't been that good for most of the past two seasons.

Giolito is only going to get a prove it deal. Nobody is giving him long term big money at this point. My issue with this would be if the Sox keep Katz around because of this. If there is one guy on this staff that should be fired on October 2nd, its Katz.

He doesn't say the stupid things Nardi Contreras used to say, but his pitchers obviously do the same of what Contreras preached. Coop, in his last days of hubris, had a better message than Katz' loser mentality message now. Maybe he doesn't know it yet, but he's as cooked as that towel throwing guru. I don't want him anywhere near our pitchers.
