Now Hahn and the fans don't have a scapegoat. How is Cheating Hinch doing?

you don't think players like Moncada, Grandal and Giolito are being held accountable by fans?

No. The focus has been primarily on the HoF manager and not the lineup with 7 designated hitters.

Yep. It's time to start looking at Hahn.

I dunno. I'm on the fence. The team was supposed to hit HRs. They were 22nd. 9th in leaving RISP. Also not happy about the staff giving up walks both willy nilly and at crucial times(Is Katz Nardi Contreras, Jr?). They were 8th. Defense was unacceptable and that's on Hahn.

When you win 20 less games then you are suppose to, there's plenty of blame to go around.

His back end of the lineup was horrendous. There is no excuse for that. It's also a lineup (as has been noted MANY times) of DHs. And extremely right handed. Also on him. Personally I'd like it if they moved Moncada back to 2nd base since I don't think he can be moved. Especially with that contract. Moving him back to 2nd will allow them (hopefully) to find a more offensive guy to play 3rd.

Sox Pitching was fine for the most part though I don't think you can expect another season like this one from Cueto. Someone other than Cease will have to step up and ideally you hope it's Kopech

The entire lineup was horrendous due to injury and guys not living up to expectations. Even their best hitter only had 15 dingers.

LaRussa may not have been the singular problem, but he wasn't the solution.

The players underperforming and being injured did not help. There are definitely holes on the roster as well that the front office failed to shore up. It's going to be an interesting and perhaps difficult offseason. I want to be optimistic for the future, but the season makes it very hard to think next year could be a World Series contending team.

I said MANY times that nothing will change until Jerry dies or sells and Kenny is gone. I don't really have a reason to believe otherwise at this point.

I wouldn't say the entire lineup was horrendous. Their top of the lineup guys did hit for average at least. 5/6 - 9 were automatic outs on most nights though.

That has to change.

This whole saga was kind of embarrassing for everyone. Weird Jerry at his weirdest.

Hahn and Williams should also announce their retirements. And Eloy.

Eloy has raked when healthy.

Hahn and Williams will be far too close to this team until they're dead.

TLR retiring, Heyward given a ceremonious boot out the door a few days apart. The trifecta would be an announcement the Score is ending vile local broadcasting.

Noted short bus sage Herb Lawrence chiming in. If Herb plays his cards right and Tony sticks around town and has a few pops, maybe he’ll get him as an Uber passenger one night and he can tell him what he thinks of him up close amd personal .

This is complete bullshit. TLR doesn't use Uber or any other rideshare service.

Was a good statement. He took blame. Whatever he has is probably why he fell asleep during a game.
