Rollins, Shields, and the LaRoche signing are all solid examples that Kenny still has say in personnel.

I don't know if Hahn is any good or not...probably not, but we'll never know with Kenny still there. I'm fine with firing both of them.

I would try to keep Herm Schneider and Nick Hostetler if at all possible. Particularly the latter, I have a huge amount of confidence in Hostetler's drafting abilities.

Kenny won and was competitive and Hahn hasn't been. Excuse after excuse is made for him. Similar to the Bulls I would rather see his superior do the job.

White Sox fans... the first year hurts the most. After that, you'll start seeing progress throughout the minor leagues... and you'll be excited in those improvement and developments. It will help bridge the 2-3 seasons it takes to become contenders.
