Don't know current status, but back when Mariotti was going through his living on Venice beach, bar-hopping and doing yayo phase he gave an interview in which he claimed he had not divorced his wife back in Chicago---something to do with health and pension bennies. I think maybe he was saying he''d stay married at least until his kids were through college or something. --which is a horrible idea, because your wifey incurs a greater claim on your ultimate retirement benefits the longer you stay married.
