It's just a little curious that they're not sending any of the top guys. I understand not sending the pitchers but some of those hitters can use all the reps they can get.

Collins is a little high. Hansen seems low.

Not when it’s done against a lower level of competition. When Hansen was in Low A he was 1 month older than the avg player. In High A he was 8 months younger than the avg player. By comparison Spencer Adams played an entire season in a higher league where he was 3.2 years younger than the avg player. You generally want to ignore minor league stats but you really want to ignore a college players stats in the low minors. At least wait until he plays against a higher level of competition.
