His delivery still looks like a mess to me if watch that video.

It looks fine to me.

he doesn't stay back he doesn't stay tall he's got a goofy hesitation in his leg stride doesn't get much extension and falls off the mound, but other than that it looks great!

He's going from the stretch without a slide step ( which I love) and he's a big guy so he has to get it going a little faster but he's still on time. Yes he has effort but the delivery still works and he gets plenty of extension.

It does look artificially accelerated trying to hold the guy on. If he didn't walk so many guys in the first place he wouldn't have to worry about it.

wouldn't be a concern if he had ever successfully skinned one before.

Robert is taking a ton of walks in the DSL, like 2 a game.

Reynaldo Lopez had a pretty nice game today, touching 100 all night.

Collins walk off slam

Post subject:  Re: minor league bullshit thread

1. Eloy Jimenez
2. Yoan Moncada
3. Luis Robert
4. Lucas Giolito
5. Micheal Kopech
6. Alec Hansen
7. Dane Dunning
8. Zack Collins
9. Reynaldo Lopez
10. Dylan Cease
11. Jake Burger

That's how I'd rank em, all of them are top 100 tier guys. Lots of pitching.

That is impressive.

Hahn has done a hell of a job.

I am worried Collins is going to be Adam Dunn. I guess that is ok out of the catcher position.

Oh, they will.

Second half is going to get ugly but still not as ugly as the Phillies.

Anyway, the Sox have Ben Sheets Jr or whatever his name is, because the Ben Sheets bloodline was so awesome.

Also important to note that Burger has looked every bit as good as you'd want him to in the early going.

Dunn at catcher would be excellent.

.325 obp with 30 hr at catcher is ludicrous, not to mention with a LH bat.

Jimenez plates two on a 2-out full count single to break the tie for the Dash.

Zack Burdi was diagnosed with a UCL tear and likely will need Tommy John surgery. Will get second opinion but would be expected back 2019.

Meh.

He wasn't coming up any time soon anyway.

Plus Tommy John surgery isn't a big deal anymore.

Too bad bigfan's gone. It would've been great watching him trying to spell those names for years to come.
