He's on whatever other 26 year old outfielder is on. He's having a good half year. It's not like he's Brian LeHair, who was an all star based on .391 BABIP. had a post-All Star Game OPS of .572, and is currently playing for a team called Somerset in an Independent league. |

Steroids era aside, 26 is not "young" within the context of professional baseball. I remember reading an article- I think related to fantasy baseball when it first began booming- about what the writer called "26 guys". They were all players who had been thought of highly but who had had minimal big league success and who were turning 26. Several of them had giant seasons. |
