It's almost impossible for a player this fast to have such a trash batting average. Can't hit the ball, I don't know what else to say.

Please get better.

Remember when Klaw dropped him on his rankings and everyone thought it was because he was a big poopy faced meanie who hates the White Sox.

I think it was more because he was a clown-shoes entertainer masquerading as an expert.

Moncada will be fine.

I know. It's disappointing. Hoping to see him show case his skills. Not the first rookie to struggle when they come up, though.

I do like his swing. He just needs to have a better plan at the plate. Better recognition. Needs to figure out what the pitchers are doing to him. I think he will.

Yeah that's probably it.

she was fat her first season

look, i love the curves, but I don't think it was intentional. she had a fat face, like an NFL lineman.

2 hits today. Hit another one hard for an out. Had a nice walk after getting behind in the count - worked it for a long at bat. One great defensive play. Hard hit to his left. In between hop. Tough play. He snagged it. He also beat a throw to 3rd because of his speed. The pitcher thought he had him easy for a force out. Had no idea how fast he is.

Great game today. I mean he did it all tonight. Hitting, base running and defense.

He's gonna be a great one once he figures out MLB pitchers. No doubt in my mind.

He's playing against the team that traded him. I expect more FU intensity.

Some publications, such as baseball america, based his ranking under the context of him coming up as a shortstop. Well, it's a forgone conclusion he won't be a SS, so that drops his value with the bat already, now if he has to move to OF, he even drops more.

that's an interesting take. he's never played SS in his life and thus far he looks like Robbie Alomar with the glove.

And Mike Bielecki with the stick.

I would have kept Moncada down in AAA, and demoted Anderson as well.

Moncada would have been a September call up if I was making the calls on the S Side.

Chris Sale ... fastest American League pitcher to reach 200 strikeouts in history.

Moncada ... .185 batting average and took his rightfielder out for 4-6 weeks failing to be called off a pop up. Also Harold Reynolds likes him.

I have a feeling this is going to be a Pittsburgh Pirates type of rebuild.
