me too. I still can't figure out why Soler wasn't better. Guy was at least more patient than Baez.

yea I dont know the +5 rule for latin players is kinda hard to accept now that these kids are recruited and scouted from the age of like 10

Looks like Jorge Soler


He looks like him in the outfield especially. Does not take great routes on fly balls. But hitting-wise, he is better. He does have a bit longer swing than ideal, which results in more strikeouts than might be desired. But he can rake.

2-4 with a double tonight. 1.427 OPS in 22 AB's in winter league action.

He'd be in the lineup opening day if there were no service time concerns.
