With the young Bears turning the corner, it appears the full rebuild has been nearly completed for Chicago's football team. Flash back to this sports town in 2008. The last time the Sox made the playoffs. The Bears still had their Superbowl hangover without the dynamic defense. They found an encore in 2010 via Julius Peppers that brought the defense back to an elite level for a few seasons. The Bulls had just struck gold with Derrick Rose. The Cubs were trying their spend $$$$ and boost the sale of the team etc before of course finding Messiah Epstein....The Hawks were ascending to a Dynasty as well. All of these organizations have gone through the ebs and flows of franchise building…but the Sox….they have been the same mushy doormat now for almost TEN YEARS!. Shouldn't the upstart Bears be a dose of reality of how sad their baseball franchise really is? I mean every team can at least turn some cycles and TRY to compete but them. No playoffs in nearly a decade? Sleeping giant my ass. Guaranteed loss! Arrow Down!

This thread made me laugh. The Bears are 3-4 and haven't made the playoffs since 2010. They're back!

When your baseball team has even more playoff futility than the Chicago Bears..yeah..that's not good.

No doubt. The Sox have been awful the last 10 years and still are. The Bears still suck though.

Coping? I don't care what happens in baseball.

It sucks they aren't good enough to contend this year. Their next opportunity won't be til around 2024 probably.

Right now, everyone in the NFC is a contender except the Giants and 49ers.

Why not? I think it's a fair trade. Other's think it would be a steal for the Texans.

Almost no one ever actually makes trades that are worth a damn in the NFL.

Nobody thinks or said that. You continue to lie about others statements on here, you should stop that. In that thread I specifically said I and everyone else would take Will Fuller going forward based on potential, the discussion was in how valuable they are right now. You need to lie because your argument is pretty weak without it. Sad.

Its not. Wright inarguably has better hands. That's pretty important for a WR. Maybe move beyond Sportscenter for your NFL analysis.

And calling you for being a liar isn't playing a victim. It's just telling you to stop lying and discuss things normally. That's all.
