Sox gave up International $ for this piece. This is someone who wouldn't even be on the postseason roster when Leury is healthy so it has to be a piece for pitching. |

wtf? I'd like to jump on with people thinking he is part of another action but who is clamoring for Dyson to be an integral part of a three party trade? He can steal you a base in the playoffs and still can cover a lot of ground in the OF but we already have those guys. He's not even a fifth OF on this team. Maybe someone is hurt |

He's the DeWayne Wise of his generation. He has a robust .218 OBP. And after seeing the Pirates the last few days who wouldn't see the need to add from their roster. |

If they are not going to use that international money this year, I am ok with this move. I am just tired of seeing Nicky. I would like to see them get a pitcher without giving up Cease. |

Dyson is a good move. The Pirates brought up their high ranked prospect CF, and did Dyson a favor and moved him to a contending team. He will be a defensive replacement for Eloy, pinch run a lot, and be depth in case of an outfield injury (or an injury to Encarnacion if Eloy DHs). He is an excellent base stealer even in his 30s, which is even more important in this regular season with the extra inning rules. |
