I think that Tony just wants to stop any talk about them being potential starters. If either shits the bed in ST they will start in Charlotte. With both of them having options I expect that they will each get sent down once or twice for the 10 day minimum to provide some roster flexibility as they approach their innings limits.

Personally, I think he's a mental midget. Which is not conducive to a successful MLB pitcher. It's also 75% of why I was upset about giving up Dunning. We gave up young Lance Lynn for old Lance Lynn.
