Yes. There have been MANY things to complain about. They are a bit lucky to be 6-7 in that regard.

However, they have also had leads and blown them so they could easily have 9 or 10 wins at that point, which is also frustrating.

Funny how bullpens never turn out the way you think. I know it was ridiculous for some to suggest the bullpen would not allow any runs after the 5th inning all year, but it's been completely opposite. After 11 games in which the bullpen had action (not counting the two complete game shutouts/no hitter), there is only one game out of the 11 that they didn't give up any runs.
