I don't care if they are up 20. There's something off. The pulse of the team is wildly inconsistent. The only times they look sharp is when Anderson is providing the spark. I mean, they win, but it's feels lucky.

I watch other teams in the AL. And Hahn was right to make the splash he did. And Jose Abreu? I hope he wakes up in October.

Yes, they're inconsistent. But they also haven't been at full strength since mid March.

It's part of my anxiety. When they get full strength, it's all over but home field advantage. There will be no trial by fire until October. Plus there's a handful of guys I just plain ol don't like. Including the manager. But that one is on me. I hated the guy since 1984.

He is down there on a rehab assignment, but I see nothing on the transactions page that says he was officially option. Lambert was sent down today after the game, so my guess is Tuesday either Lamb or Robert comes back.

They win five in a row, they probably have the best record in the AL.

Obviously, there's the reliever problem and the fact that Rodon seems to be trending in the wrong direction and Keuchel seems off. But this team just seems to let victories slip through their fingers.
