I have a problem with 1st base outs that only have to touch the glove. To me it needs to be caught, which means the disappearing of the ball.

Its an issue with replay in baseball that was never considered. There are all these things that happen and when you analyze them frame-by-frame you starting getting into weird arguments about what it is a catch. They need to bin replay, but they never will.

He's not that great with the glove, but he's a far better offensive player than Hamilton. I guess it comes down to whether you value a bat off the bench more than Hamilton's speed and defense. Maybe Sheets has to be the guy to go. It's probably better for him to get 4 or 5 at-bats everyday.
