Might be a "tallest midget" argument, but the NL East is worse. Sox have a 6 game lead on the Braves, and the 2 worst teams (Marlins and Nationals) both have worse records than the Twins.

Strange stat (courtesy of Speigel) - this if the first back to back playoff appearance in team history. That’s really hard to believe and very sad. Let’s hope this run lasts for a few more seasons.

Nothing wrong with celebrating a Division title. It doesn't happen very often in this city. 14 times combined out of over 100 seasons combined.
