Tim Anderson should win something before telling Ozzie anything. His terrible defensive play has been one of the biggest factors in the terrible start. That's when he bothers to play and isn't resting or suspended.

Also while Ozzie generally is pretty good on the pre/post game shows, I'm sure we can go back and find some doubleheaders he managed where he had guys like Pablo Ozuna, Jayson Nix, Timo Perez, Josh Fields, Jerry Owens, etc filling out key positions on the field and in the lineup.

The biggest problem I have with the lineups right now is that Grandal is still hitting 4th or 5th most of the time. He sucks and is a rally killer for the most part. I get that he has to play, but bat him fucking 8th. Put Vaughn in a spot to drive in more runs since he's demonstrated that he actually has an interest in hitting this season and isn't looking for just homers and walks.

Ozzie explained himself pretty well. The mid-30s veterans he had no problem with sitting. Play the younger guys and don't punt games. They've wasted a lot of good starting pitching this year.
