It's a shame it happened after the deadline. If it happens before then, they could have tried to make a move either to buy another hitter or to sell heavily.

Now they are just fucked, and worse yet Jerry has a ready made excuse as to why it's not TLR's fault.

Im going to go out on a limb and say the Sox will play better and have a better record without him in the lineup the rest of the way. Now he can concentrate on his true passion of bringing fun into impregnating women other than his wife.
