The team is much more interesting when it isn't an automatic L when the opponent scores 4 runs. This offense is pretty good and they are still down a couple of players.

All things considered, the bullpen did a nice job in extras in keeping the Jays offense from exploding. That team can put up runs in a hurry even without a ghost runner.

I gave up and went to bed after the 10th when they had the quintessential 2022 White Sox inning in which they scored just one run with the bases loaded and only one out. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up and checked my phone this morning.

Speeps just posted the umpires scorecard from last nights game, the Sox should have won. They had a +2.3 runs in their favor last night thanks to Doug Eddings.

He had a wide outside corner all nite that was pretty consistent. But yeah overall he was pretty bad. You had guys from both teams looking back and saying things.

It was one of those baseball gods games. Resilient after the dribbler, bloop, and baltimore chop. So the gods changed sides.

But this team is still shit. All the nuts and bolts are loose. Every inning there's a mistake, a mental error, or a missed hanger. 7 walks is unconsciousable. 4th in MLB for the year. Coop is rolling over in his grave.
