Out with a leg. Abreu has been limping the past couple games as well. The Sox training staff is as dumb as their outfielders and the guy who makes the choice to wear all black uniforms when its 95+ degrees out.

Why have they been wearing those? I thought it was kind of dumb on the hottest days of the year but always thought that kind of thing was the SP’s choice outside of marketing events.

It really was. I know they had more injuries than what has been normal for them and the O's threw all kinds of leather around, but sheesh. Sox offense was like watching paint dry last night.

O's only have one less win than the Sox and are 20.5 games back. Sox, inexplicably, are 4.5 back and could have been 3.5 back had they mustered up a win yesterday. Sox are also 15-19 at home which is atrocious for a hitter friendly park like the Rate/Cell. Only the A's have a worse at home win% in the AL.

And I know its a fairly small sample size, but Seby Zavala has an .893 OPS across 27 plate appearances. Go with what's hot, Tony. He should be catching five out of every seven games at this point.
