Nightengale's story feels like a plant from Sox management to stir the pot. The manager in the dugout can't or won't.

Keuchel seemed to be the only player who had a set and was willing to look guys in the eye and call them out for lackadaisical and outright stupid mistakes. And he was so bad that he couldn't stick around and his words carried little to no meaning. So White Sox.

He's playing out the year as is, meaning, Hahn still has the rope to make trades and LaBiden still makes all on field decisions until the end of the year.

But the rest of us, our necks done got snapped.

I'm not so sure he does. If he does have that rope, then he's just as big a failure as everybody else on the team and coaching staff.
