Tim Anderson brings an entitlement, lack of hustle, and a low baseball IQ tag with him to his new team. He's not like a typical FA coming off a bad year who's a hardworking team first player. Past productivity history hoping for a bounce back year weighed against him poisoning the organization has to bring his value down compared to a similar on field equal FA. He's a huge gamble with all his baggage.

He had 1 hr and 25 RBI last year. Some small market team will sign him for less than the Sox option that was declined. They will hope he turns it around so they can flip him at the deadline.
