Including last night for a few minutes, I heard some WSCR World Series Sox Post Games for only a few minutes at a time - that was all I could take. How in the heck they'd let the lamest of the lame like Holmes & Rogers need the airwaves at such a crucial time is beyond me. Were they on-air auditions for next year? Holmes vs. Rogers? Maybe both for a nice Zebra buddy team? No A Team. No B Team. No C Team. We got THE D TEAM.

I'll admit it I'm a Cubs fan just like my non-relative Murph. And I tried listening to these goofs do their phony Sox love on the Snore (your home in 2006!) but it was really bad. And I hate to say it but I'm completely disinterested in this Sox World Series thing. I don't have any city pride. It's the Sox not the Cubs. So I'm really going to avoid WSCR now that it's going to be All Sox All The Time from here until Infinity. (Get it? The Score is Infinity radio? LOL) Sorry.

The whole White Sox thing is a disaster! With the media trying to build up this moment like the majority of the city is excited. As if there was going to be some type of financial benefit from the 47 people drinking at Jimbos? Are the 300 convicts standing on the corner of 35th and Shields. I don't deny the Sox fans their day in the sun, but I don't need the city running a parade for 5,000 people just because the Mayor likes them and all the politicians grew up in the corrupt South Side.

You're right. A dominant World Series sweep is truly a disaster. I wish that the Sox had a $100M payroll and finished below .500, in 4th place, 2 games behind the Milwaukee Fucking Brewers. I think that would be much better.

Thanks for describing the scene at 35th and Shields. By the way, what were things like at Clark & Addison last night? I suspect it was the usual asortment of Cubby fans prancing on by on their way home to Boystown

No Sox bashing for a day or two, they earned it.

Wanna bash, go to the Mike North section.
