So far all looks well. I am just thanking God that I don't have to look at Corky Miller's rotund ass this fine evening.

It's now 9-0 White Sox, Keyser in the top 6th. Besides, is it me or does Trey Hillman look a lot like stand-up comic turned sitcom actor Bill Engvall from TBS' "The Bill Engvall Show" & CMT's "Country Fried Home Videos"?

Chilli, that's when Zack Greinke is scheduled to start for the Royals, likely sporting the powder blue jerseys Sunday...

Yeah that's why I said it will be a tough one to win for the Sox...even though the Sox have Danks going . It looks like an up hill Battle.

The best parts about tonite is that only 1 run was scored via the HR, and how well Clayton Richard pitched yet again.

Would love for Poreda to dominate the minors so he can be called up this year, but that probably will not happen. I think Richard, Mr. Consistency, Danks and Floyd will be fine. I just hope Colon holds up because I'm sick and tired of Contreras.

Now that Contreras is out of the rotation, the Sox have been winning series.

There's a part of me that wants Josh Can't Fields to fail, so Beckham could get a chance. We'll see if Fields can maintain his momentum as of late.

Beckham is not going to be with this team before September. Lets please put a goddam moratorium on the "bring Beckham" up talk.

What if Fields goes into another tailspin and Beckham lights it up in Triple A? Who plays third? I'm thinking Beckham batting 270 with a higher OBP than Fields is better than what's there now. So why not bring him up?

If Fields does go south than maybe Nix could fill in until the September date.

Another tough luck no decision for Buehrle. Glad offense came through in 9th. Should be strikeout fest with Danks/Grienke tomorrow. GET THE SWEEP

Keep fouling those pitches, Pods. And now, a double! At the very least, Greinke's pitch count's very high and hopefully will be taking a shower very soon.

Don't make it easy for him.

Put in Cox at 3rd!

5-1 roadtrip is very nice work. Longest homestand of the season. Make a nice run at the Tigers and the top of this division guys

Was JD's solo HR on Friday the only long one the Sox hit this weekend? None today, I don't think they had any yesterday. That is great to see.

And they have been.

Nobody else in Baseball has won 4 straight series, and the Sox are among a couple of other teams that have gone 7-3 (nobody has been better than 7-3) over thier last 10 games.

Not at all.

But considering how bad they were thru the first part of May, its been nice to see them turn it around to end the month. Now they have 7 games against teams that are scuffling bigtime.
