The best part about today's 14-4 White Sox spanking of the Yankees this afternoon was the Sox didn't need to smack 1 home run in the blowout win. By the way, #5 Jayson Nix, Dallas, TX & #17 Chris Getz, Southfield, MI. Nix may have committed 2 errors at shortstop this afternoon, but he was disciplined at the plate. Batting 9th at shortstop, Jayson went 1-for-1 with 4 walks and 2 RBI's by way of bases loaded walks and 2 runs scored. Chris went 3-for-5 with 2 more runs scored, 2 stolen bases and an RBI batting 8th at second base. The last two hitters alone went 4-for-6, 3 RBI's, 4 runs scored. They got contributions from everybody in this win.

1st time since 64 the Sox can sweep the Yanks. The Yankee's pitching and defense suck.the outfield arms are terrible and Jorge couldn't throw the Hawkeroo out!I think the Cub fans have Peavy envy.
