and to finish the game, lavine chucks up a wild 3 instead of passing to someone who actually has a fucking chance.

These courts look horrible. They look like the old Milwaukee court from like the 70s or 80s. Trash.

I was expecting a competent coach when they hired B.Donovan but he has done nothing since coming to the Bulls. Fails at developing players, calling plays or creating an identity for the Bulls.

Either he is unhappy with the signing of Lavine and settling to roll out the same broke ass team every year by management and puts Lavine center stage to show how unqualified Lavine is to lead the team and make his bosses look stupid or he is stupid for believing Levine can lead the team to the playoffs.

Lavine isn't good enough to play iso ball consistently. But even then, he's better at catch n shoots but he hates doing it.

Now he's gonna age out quick. He's one more injury away from being a mediocre player.

Derozan seems best suited for a 6 man role at this point but neither he nor Billy D would ever concede to doing it. Coby White still blows last night notwithstanding. I held out hope and bought some of the hype but at best he is nothing more than a bench player. Carter has outplayed him during the last 5 games or so. The Paw should be at the 3 but I agree that he too has looked like shit thus far. Lavine has looked shitty as hell too to start the season. Neither he nor Derozan will ever be able to play in an offense where they won't be allowed to be ball dominant players.

Billy D to his credit seems to want more ball movement and team oriented play but their best players (Lavine and Derozan) have been resistent to it for the most part. And I don't think that he has the stones to hold those 2 accountable whenever they want to go rogue with their hero ball b.s.

Not yet pal. Still 75-76 games to go. He has to come on with it this year though. I still wish he was playing with a different coach and different players before giving up on the dude. Ironically (though not surprisingly) Vooch called a team meeting after game 1 to call out guys about the team's style of play. Long overdue

LTG is actually capable of changing his opinion when the facts dictate.

That reads funny. How much sooner should he have called the meeting? It was one game.

He should have did it last season. Early last season when it was obvious that Lavine's and Derozan's hero ball was killing the team. It was the primary reason they lost so many close games.

I actually have liked the way the Bulls have played the past couple of games. Much more ball movement than I have ever seen this group play with. They are just too small and they don't have anyone that can run a team on the entire roster. And it shows whenever it's a close game down the stretch.

Not saying the 43 turnovers between the two teams wasn't entertaining. It was.

He so is. I'm sure he will have good games this year , but his days of iso are basically over. He just cant move quick enough to be effective anymore.

Lots of stuff out today about Bulls and Lavine being open to a trade.

Darnell Mayberry stated a league source seemed confident that they wont have the same roster in a month.

No clue why they thought bringing this group all back was going to go any different. Time to blow it up.

This year he has played like a guy that wants out. Derozan should be right behind him. They aren't going anywhere with those 2 as the best players. Once they get rid of them then Billy D should be next to go.
