This is my prediction as well.

Looks like spmack and I were pretty close on this one.

I may have lowered my expectations & tempered my enthusiasm as the season has worn on, but I thought at the start the Bulls would be the #7 or #8 playoff seed in the Eastern Conference, and Spmack mentioned a 41-41 record. Spmack & I might be right on the money on this one, but I draw the line once they make it. They'll be lucky to win 1, maybe 2 playoff games at most no matter who they end up playing. If the Bulls were still in the Western Conference, this discussion is a mute point.

My question to ALL the Bulls fans...Do you give Del Negro a second season or
has he made too many mistakes. Let's face it,his rotation of who's in and when
also contributes to the Bulls winning games. Strategy wise,he has 2 former NBA
coaches as assistants. They might be out instead of him. They might have been
positioning themselves for the job,by lack of support for Vinny during games.

I think it's safe to say Vinny Del Negro has made some errors in his first season as head coach, but it appears as if he's found a rotation of guys he can depend on since the Bulls made that deal with the Sacramento Kings for John Salmons & Brad Miller. This Salmons guy is as good as advertised when the Kings' PBP voice, whose name escapes me right now, called into the "Mully & Hanley" morning show to give Bulls' fans a scouting report hours after the trade was made. He thought Salmons was the best player on a really bad Kings' team, and he's been terrific since the trade. I wish Vinny & his staff would learn how to play defense on a more consistent basis come year 2.

My guess of 36-46 would have been pretty good had it not been for the trade.

And how are you feeling about your prediction that Luol Deng will soon become one of the NBA's ten or twenty best players?

Coaching errors, namely the one where Derrick Rose wasn't in the game for the last seconds of a nationally televised game vs. Miami...The one where now ex-Bull Thabo Sefolosha's inbound ball was intercepted by Dwyane Wade. Seconds later, the Bulls fail to foul and Shawn Marion slammed it home for a 2 point Heat road win on their favorite cable channel...

Hey I got the record right, and the team, just 1 off on the seeding....but now I am drinking the Bulls Kool Aid and will say Bulls in 7.

Stick with your original prediction. The Bulls gave you a preview of their performance in must-win games tonight.
