Hat tip to LTG for reminding me of this recently. Considering guys like Dunn and Lauri are looking like building blocks and you can get something either way from guys like Mirotic and Portis, this and the 2nd round Bell for cash trades are looking like particularly terrible moves.

I called this signing the moment I knew about it. There was no scenario that would make this signing good.

I think everybody did. I just forgot about it. Hadn’t heard his name all year until LTG mentioned it last week

No way, I disagree! Great player!
I don't really follow the Bulls but he was SUPER nice to my daughter when he was at her floor hockey game in Plainfield last winter.

I know...but I swear it happened. We were told he was a "friend" of a player on the other team (it was a bunch of suburban 8-10 year olds). Makes no sense. I had to google him on the spot see who the hell he was.

Gigantic human being.

The building blocks aren't even on this team

I guess you would have to define building blocks. Dunn and Markkanen look like potential future All Stars.

Lauri is much much better than most Bulls fans thought he would be. Dunn is a borderline All-Star at this point. He's much better than you would have thought on Minny last year.

As I no longer listen can you tell me what B&G have to say about these “just a guy” and “a bum” players now?

"The Felicio Contract" sounds like the name of a show which would have replaced Burn Notice back in the day.
