Not 'roid related, but I'll tell you a little Jordan story: Around 2003 the talk of Barkley and MJ being downstairs gambling was buzzing around the poker room of the Grand Casino, Tunica. It was the week of the Tyson/Douglas fight if memory serves. I was heading out when I noticed Sir Charles sitting in the high limit room playing a $5 slot machine. I stopped and asked a waitress how he was doing. She said that he had been stuck about 40K but was making a comeback. She said the girls loved him because even though he was losing he still tipped a red, five buck chip for every drink. Then I noticed Jordan in the blackjack pit. It was roped off and there was a MOB rubbernecking. The pitboss, a friend of mine came over and told me that MJ was the biggest asshole he ever saw. He continued: " Playing for hours, he has not tipped a single dime, and I asked him why. Jordan replied that just dealing to him was tip enough" |
