In the spirit of the weird NFL Color Rush unis and general 3rd/alternates, they're bringing back the City ones for the NBA. You can get some great jerseys out of using the Chicago flag's stars and color scheme, but this ain't one of them.

The Bulls are as incompetent as Sacramento Kings of the mid-1980s so they should look like them too.

Shouldn't our "City" uniforms have a gun on the chest instead of the Bulls head?

2021 City

Quote:
ART DECO FONT
The Chicago wordmark and the numbers on the jersey are displayed in an art deco style font. This font was inspired by the one used on directional signage at the United Center.

Quote:
BULLS DIAMOND
On the shorts you will find the iconic Bulls uniform diamond shape. Inside the diamond there are the four stars from the Chicago flag. The stars are placed in the corners of the diamond to mimic the look of rivets in the ironwork of skyscrapers.

Quote:
GEOMETRIC PATTERN
The side of the uniform takes the diamond pattern from the shorts and continues it up into an intricate geometric pattern. This pattern is also indicative of the art deco style found in many buildings in Chicago.

TAG ANTHEM
This is an homage to Daniel Burnham, the city planner who designed the city of Chicago after the great Chicago fire. His famous quote about Chicago is “Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men’s blood.” This is a reminder to our players to always set big goals for themselves and aim higher.

Better than last year's. I can do without the corporate brand-speak, but I do like the "No Little Plans" nod to Burnham.

These new ones are the first ones I've really liked.

I'm not a fan. I'm kinda burned out on Neutraface being the designated Chicago font these days, and I don't like the Bulls in anything but classic white or red.

Their regular uniforms with images of plywood over them would, sadly, be accurate at this time.

The "Engineered to the exact specifications of championship athletes" text on the tag cracks me up.

While I hear you on that, they are not preferred but they are a 1000 times better than last years baby blues.

I saw some of the new merch at Dick’s the other day and it looks pretty good with the new units. The jackets were cool the warmup pants looked good too.
