The Bulls have outscored their opponents with Satoransky and/or Wendell Carter on the floor. They are the only two regular Bulls players this season where you can say that.

Despite all of the scoring Lavine does, the Bulls get outscored when he is on the court. And that highlights just how bad Lavine is as a two way player, considering he has shared a ton of time on the court with one or both of those players.

No one (besides you) thinks that either is better or having a better season than Zach Lavine.

You can't point to one game that the Bulls have won this season because either Satoransky or Carter were on the floor.

I can point to at least five where Lavine is concerned. He is their most valuable player by a mile.


It isn't saying much because the team is lousy but he isn't the problem and never has been. If the worst that anyone can say is that he isn't a legit best player then fine have at it. I will buy that.

You just cited two guys that are best suited as backups. Your parsing of stats to suit silly arguments doesn't exactly change that either.

Zach Lavine is a borderline All Star this year. Satoransky isn't and neither is Carter.

Neither Carter nor Sato are better than Lavine nor is it really all that close.

Fact of the matter is that he is their best player. Anyone that thinks he isn't is an idiot.

He may not be the best guy on a contending team and as previously stated I don't think he is that. He never has demonstrated that he can be and after 6 seasons its been long enough. He definitely could be the 2nd or 3rd option on a contending team without question.

The Guys I heard discussing it last week weren't affiliated with the Bulls nor do they really give a damn about a Bulls Marketing campaign.

I doubt very seriously if they (NBA TV guys) even know about the campaign and probably couldn't care less about it if they did know. The only reason that Lavine won't be an All Star is the Bulls shitty ass record. I can agree with that if that is the reason.

He is the only reason that they have been as competitive as they've been. Sure hasn't been because of bums like Sato and the undersized and non impactful Wendell Carter Jr.

Career high 12 straight games of 20+. 27 tonight. Like others have said it's coming while playing for a crappy team but it's a great comeback story. If he can still do this at 31 or whatever after 18 surgeries then I wonder what the past seven years would have looked like had he not been injured.
