Been reading up on some of the top guys in this draft.

Don't want to go the Ball route.

I think the guy I like the most is the kid from Israel Deni Avdija

he'd be a big favorite with the bad, expensive sweater club

Obi Toppin would at least bring some above the rim excitement.

Is there someone worth trading up for?

Quote:
The Bulls, who currently sit with the #4 overall pick, have been in contact with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Golden State Warriors, who hold the top-2 picks, about a potential deal. Both teams are looking to move down for a 'win-now' piece and it will be interesting to see what other teams get involved.

NBA insider, Tom Haberstroh mentioned on a recent podcast, he sees the Bulls pulling the trigger on a move:

"I think [Karnišovas] might move up, because I think No. 1 with Minnesota and No. 2 (with Golden State) is going to be readily available. I would be surprised if you didn’t see Charlotte (at No. 3) or Chicago move up in the draft."

Rumors have been surfacing for weeks about the T-Wolves and Warriors plans, so this certainly aligns with what other information is out there.

Doesn’t seem a particularly deep draft. I’m really curious on Wiseman’s game given everything that happened with Memphis. But 7 footers without an outside shot don’t seem to change the direction of a franchise any more.

That said, not like they’re going to win with anybody on the current roster so may as well pull the trigger provided they’re not including future picks.

Everything I've read has said what a weak draft this is. Sounds like a team planting a story.

They have been saying this draft would be bad for over a year now.

warriors will trade down. they are going to tank at least another season. by 2022 they will have like 10 first round picks and 90% cap space.

KC Johnson seems to think the Bulls want Lamelo Ball.

I find that hard to believe.

Probably trying to get someone to trade up for him. I think if he played college ball in US last year he is not even a lottery pick. Everything was catered to him over there in the short time he played.

Yeah could be.

I really think the Bulls want the Israeli kid

It'll get the sweater club back in the 100 seats.

According to NBC Sports Chicago, Patrick Williams (6’8 Forward) has been given the impression the Bulls will draft him at #4 OR they may trade back for him, depending on what happens with the first three picks.

Seems like the overall enthusiasm that the Bulls would get an extremely talented player at #4 is rising. NBA Sirius had a great 20 minute talk on the Bulls options.

Anytime you can draft a guy who couldn't start in college you have to pull the trigger.
