While I don’t disagree.. none of that covers what he actually does well as a player, and you tend to hear/read people fall back on those descriptions when describing the players actual playing ability is underwhelming.

It's a different regime now. I don't know shit about this guy, but if he's an athletic, 6'8'' versatile defender who works his ass off to get better everyday then we probably didn't draft a total bust. That's about the best you can hope for in a draft like this imo.

Nah, either would I. I don't mean individually great. Just good players who revived basketball in this town for a bit. Then Rose came along. 2004 - 2015 is probably the second best period of basketball in this city since the 1990s. Have no idea what happened before that. Not sure if the 1980s were as cool to watch as 2004-2015. I heard there was a lot of cocaine.
