Trying to get this submitted before the Bulls officially draw the 5th pick...

Those late wins prove to be very costly.

8th pick. No big loss. Still a great trade for the Bulls.

Going to be an interesting offseason to see what this new group does. Read someone saying that the Bulls could be interested in Ben Simmons with Marc Eversley time spent with the 76ers before coming to the Bulls.

 No

Just one of those articles that pops up on social media as you are scrolling. I doubt there is anything to it other that someone throwing something at the wall since one of their front office guy spent time in philly.

The rumor had it as a trade of Levine for Simmons. Makes no sense from the Bulls perspective.

They should grab Ayo. I don't understand what people aren't seeing with him.

Good size, can shoot and defend.

Kofi isn't even going to get drafted I think. He's good in the pick and roll.

Cockburn? The guy who struggled against Cameron Krutwig?

Prior to last year that would be true. Now if he’s the 2nd best player on your team you are a contender.

This was way before then, back last season when JORR bet me that he would be 1st team all American.

He was never going to be a high draft pick.

He was 2nd team All-American.

Not the year before when JORR and I made the bet.

If Simmons ever gets it right and starts shooting 6/15 from the permiter on average then I'd take him over LaVine. But right now with this b.itch refusing to round out his game I'm not touching him at all. What a fraud.

You’re too extreme on him. I understand its easy to overreact to a bad playoff series. You would have traded Kobe for peanuts after the airballs agains the Jazz in 98 or whatever. If we’re solely concerned about winning I’ll take the guy who shit the bed in the 2nd round of the playoffs over the guy who’s never made the playoffs in his 7 year career.

I called him a liability a week or two ago before or during the series, and way before game six or whatever it was. He's 5 years in - he shouldn't be regressing on offense. I don't think I'm being extreme - I actually said he could compete with Luka for best G in the game if he developed a permiter shooting game. 5 three pointers in 5 years is unacceptable and it speaks to a lack of work ethic and mental focus. It's fitting you bring up Kobe because if Simmons had Kobe's work ethic and focus we might be talking about Simmons as the best player in the game.
