If this thing works out correctly it will be worthless by 25. They are trying to field a competitive team right now and I'm all in for that.

Yeah I am glad they are doing something. It will be more interesting. But if this misses, NBA hell awaits. And I do not see a superstar on this roster. My guess is when healthy they win a lot of regular season games. They will shit the bed in the playoffs.

I think their ceiling is the 2nd round but with Atlanta making it to the Conference Finals with that shitty ass roster anything is possible. The Bulls are better than them at least.

They still have a few more moves to make. Namely shipping Lauri and Coby while they still have some value and then they will be all good.

2021-2022 Bulls = -2020-2021 Knicks (minus Thibs), destined to lose in the 1st round to Trae Young

Patrick Williams sucks.

He will be the best player on the team by year 3. Book it!

If he is they won't be a very good team...book that

I know you gotta play with what you got, but this is a 4 seed in the East tops. Very confused by these moves.

And I think Williams will be a pretty decent NBA player but he shows few signs of a dominant offensive game.

I'll be watching though.

It's nice to see them build around Ayo. Give him some options.

So they have no first round picks going forward on a roster featuring Zach LaVine. Jordan must be planning a sequel to the Last Dance to re-secure his legacy.

Marks' first tweet isn't written very well. The Bulls already sent the Magic one of two 1st round picks (2021). They have to send one more (either a 2023 1st or 2024 1st).

Coby White, Patrick Williams, and Lauri Markkanen for someone like Pascal Siakam or Kawhi.

I'm talking myself into a Woj bomb like that.

Kawhi is an unrestricted FA. That would be tough to do.

They want to be contenders to make the ECF these next couple years. Not necessarily contenders to win it, but at least the chance to be fodder. Then who knows, maybe you do what Toronto or Milwaukee did for a season.

After a totally lost decade I don't think anyone is going to complain if the Bulls are at least making playoff runs. Even if the playoff runs are futile. Anything was better than hoping they could strike gold in the lottery, that was fucking grueling.

I don't need a max diva who will miss at least 20% of the season for load management and sit out any playoff series if he isn't 100%.

Suit yourself. I'll take one of the 2-3 players in the world capable of outplaying Durant and LeBron in a 7 game series.

Only if he's playing with 2 HoF players or Durant blows out his achilles. He's a diva that's more likely to cost you a championship than win one. Hell, even James Harden will play hurt.

He carried Toronto almost singlehandedly. Durant ducked him because he knows Kawhi has his number.

Singlehandedly is a little hyperbolic.

Somehow the team that he allegedly carried ended up going just as far as his new team without receiving any compensation for him leaving. This year PG13 carried them further after he was "injured".

Somehow the team that he allegedly carried never came close again to the heights they reached with him in just a single year

Fixed

Bulls sign Backup Center Tony Bradley. Decent under the radar move.

Seems that Markannen is pricing himself out of the market.

So under the radar, I thought he was with Utah. Or more precisely, I figured he was playing in a Y somewhere. Turns out, he was getting 6 boards in 18 minutes a game for OKC.

Yeah he was actually starting to play well for Philly but he was 3rd string behind Embiid and Howard. I think the Bulls are going to bring the guy from overseas as well so at least they will have some legit size on the Frontline now.

It has been painful watching the Undersized trio of Carter Jr. Gafford, and Thaddeus Young having to play 5 the last 2-3 years.

I think the guy from overseas could be a really solid player (from what I’ve read). It doesn’t sound like he’s a rim protector though - which is what they need this season.

Yeah they don't have that but Vuk and Bradley are very good rebounders. I will take that seeing as they were pushed around on the backboards the last 3 years.
