Giannis gave everyone the slip and didnt play. Claimed an injury, but really just sneaking in a day off on a tough out-of-conference game that they might lose anyway.
This will end up giving him about 6 days off as they return home from the trip.
NOBODY cared, NOBODY noticed, but this is the little subtle stretch of rest that will matter later on in the playoffs.
