Kane is the worst player so far. Needs to get his head out of his ass.

Scheifele and Ehlers made that goal happen, Morrissey just finished it. Crawford probably should have had it but yeah, well, he didn't.

First game I'm watching. Don't know half these guys. Doesn't matter. I didn't know half the guys at this time last year.

They're just a pile of new Russians and Canadians. Names don't matter in hockey for the role players.

Bad penalty, but at least it's in our favor.

I always hated the Hawks' old 5 on 3 strategy of just having Hossa blast 100 one timers but maybe we should go back to that because at least it worked sometimes.

Another mediocre goalie standing on his head vs. The Hawks. Stop me if you have seen this act before

Good hard fought game but no execution on offense.

Hellebuyck was a legit prospect, he's just had a rough go of it behind a lackluster blue line.

Aaaaand Laine just potted #12. Winnipeg has had good luck with Finnish rookies.

That got out of hand quickly.

Such a sloppy game for the Hawks.

The Hawks were cruisin' for a bruisin' with all these one-goal margins the last few games. As long as they pick up points in the rest of Western Canada, they're fine. I warned you that they were going to get caught napping in this game and they pretty much did.

Truth be told, I never mind spotting the Jets a couple points, especially now that I know some pouty wackadoo in a food-stained Greg de Vries sweater is going to have a rough time with this.

This was gonna be a real-ass team this year, don't let Canada-hating hockeyprogs tell you otherwise.
