Hellebuyck in net for Winnipeg tonight, Schmaltz and Panik paired with Toews, Hossa on the 3rd line with Kruger and Rassmussen.

During pregame they're showing Kane and Toews being asked about whether watching the Patriots win the Super Bowl was inspiring.

CH, I need you here, something about "These. Guys. Don't. Care."

Hawks have looked sharp for the most part so far. That second PP was god-awful, but the first as well as their 5-on-5 play has been solid.

The Jets should be so much better than they are. They should be third in the division, not St. Louis or Nashville. They just do too much dumb shit. Quality coaching would have them in the playoffs for sure.

Anisimov cleans up a rebound after a Panarin one-timer. Nice goal.

Nice win.

Would be nice for the first line to keep producing. Gives me some hope going to the last part of the season.

Well, another failed season for the Jets. The NHL coming back to Winnipeg was one of the league's biggest successes of the last 17 years. Too bad the team can't get it together. Their fans, who are superior to ours, deserve better than this.

Great win.

Dmen came up huge and Toews had a nice game.

The 3rd pairing of Campbell and TVR actually looked good tonight.

I don't think you can find a better fanbase in the league. Even when they suck the secondary ticket market is impossible.

Jets have a nice core with Laine, Scheifele, and Ehlers. They will be fine.

It's between the Jets, Flyers, and Sabres, in my opinion. Minnesota would be up there but their true love is high school hockey like a bunch of goddamn pedophiles.

The Hawks have a big fanbase but let's not mince words: most of our fans are still fucking retarded. Forget not knowing how good Connor McDavid is, they don't know who Connor McDavid is. They don't even know where Edmonton is. They may not even know what Edmonton is.

Minnesota won in the shootout, up five points with two games in hand. Only other game in the league tonight.
