Q reportedly dropped a string of F bombs before leaving the ice and bag skating them. They have very much earned the bag skate with their piss poor play. I hope they puke on the blue line.

Puke on the blue line. Maybe that'll work better than our current defensive pairings.

basically hockey's version of a "suicide" drill. It's typically used as punishment by a coach for an under-performing team.

If you ever saw "Miracle" they depict a bag skate quite accurately in that film. You skate until you can't feel your legs and throw-up.

That scene was great. "Again". I was hoping it went on for an hour.

they have to skate until exhausted. Usually like suicides in basketball. Blue line & back, red line back, blue line back, goal line back. Or just keep going around and round.

The Hjalmarsson trade is not why they can't score goals worth shit.

No, but trading a franchise cornerstone for a habitual healthy scratch at a near-identical cap hit...also...isn't...helping?

this year no, but in 2019 it definitely helps. Clearly the trade was made thinking about what to do in that year rather than being a "win now" move.

How does it help when Connor Murphy kinda sucks? "Cost control"? Cost-controlled crap.

Q's scratches are not indicative of who's their worst dman. Seabrook has been horrid and Forsling is not too far behind.

yeah, Murphy's play has been fine. Q is scratching him because he is pissed about the trade. Well Q has seemingly lost the room so it's time for him to stop with his petty bullshit and dress the best players. If that means Seabrook sits, then so be it.

If the Hawk do another one-and-done, or miss the playoffs entirely, Q is gone.

Hey, he had a good run, and I’ll take the three Cups, but when it’s time, it’s time.
