Eh, took them 3 weeks to announce it was vertigo? Hmmm....

First thing I thought of. Is vertigo that difficult to diagnose?

They were probably trying to delay the conclusions people would rightfully form about this team's chances this season for as long as possible. Maybe it helped attendance for a few games when people didn't know how serious Crawford's situation was. Personally, I might have gone to a game over the last couple weeks but now I feel the season is lost.

I don't know if that would be why. The tickets are all sold, it's just a matter of secondary ticket market and no-shows. StubHub tickets will be cheap so I'm grabbing a game when I'm in town next month.

I'm seeing some that are below face value so that's fine by me

Below face value? I might have to check out a game.

Good news: Coach Q on Corey Crawford "I think he is getting closer, he's working out, getting better. We'll get him on the ice soon." @cbschicago #NHL @NHL

I guess he conquered his meth addiction.

No word for a month.
All of a sudden he has vertigo like symptoms and there's no timetable to return....could even be career ending.
Now he's practicing and hopes to be back on the ice soon.
Random comments in-between saying he'll be back when he can.

This still stinks of Rehab.

...or like a lot of people making guesses and assumptions when no info is given. thats why i love that hockey teams dont tell media anything about injuries. once you label it, then theres an automatic time frame put on it.

"well, typically knees heal in this amount of time. but we're not always typical, are we?"

"thanks, Hub. great insight."

fuck all that. Homeboy will be back when hes back. keeps the LaZRUSSes of the world in check.

Where can I find a job paying me $6mill a year, where I can randomly take a leave of absence in the busiest time of the year, and not get penalized?
