I think the biggest issue is he was set up to fail with the roster he was given and Stan wanted his fall guy. Somehow despite having zero success in the 3 years that followed, Stan is still running the ship and that's with a major scandal that should have him banned from the game on top of it.

This has quickly turned into the Bears organization.
