I think this is the take of most normal and reasonable people (and if it isn't it should be):

1) Jerking off in the workplace is utterly inappropriate and should result in immediate termination.

2) If an adult witnessing a person jerk off in the workplace becomes so overwhelmed that his life is completely destroyed by the event, he has much larger problems than seeing the jerkoff.
