Completely agree....his "dominance" dramatically dropped sometime around 2015-16. He's been a shell of his prime years for a long, long time while maintaining that $9M+ cap hit every year.

I wish Toews the best, but it was nauseating to hear about his greatness when it's been long gone.

Yup, it was an odd and rapid decline, but for several years he may have been the best two way player and leader in Hawks history, and nobody in Hawks history had as much success as he did in high level international competitions.
