Too bad for Annawan! I had to look up Princeville....never heard of that place, though I must have been through there...

I was in Princeville once. I mean, I remember driving by an implement dealer and thinking, what the hell is this doing here.

We played Princeville in HS. They would beat the shit out of Mt. Carmel.

You're sick.

I actually think humor is a weakness, like that monk in The Name of the Rose.

God, the chick in that movie was really, really hot (at least when I was a teen she was).

That was pretty direct.

As a teen in the late 80s, whenever someone said "fuck you" to me (and it happened a lot), I'd reply, "Any time, any position." I apologize to the world for that one.

I know this is an IHSA thread but did anyone catch the video of Maple Grove HS (class 6A in MN) scoring 3 TDs in less than a minute in the State quarterfinals? Down 27-10 with a minute left they score on a nice pass play then convert 2 on-side kicks and move down the field thanks to some clutch receiving. Pretty cool...http://www.onenewspage.com/video/20171110/9218261/Minnesota-High-School-Football-Team-Scores-Last.htm

There is a good chance I will be going to MC at Lake Zurich on Saturday if any of you are going.

Depends on the weather. I’m not driving to the North Pole to sit in the rain.

Mt. Carmel’s gonna get got.

I was considering going to that or Lisle but it’s too shitty out.

Alek Thomas hurt his shoulder last week. It will be tough to beat Lake Zurich with him, almost impossible without.

I would love to see Phillips/Sterling. Considering the game is at Sterling it should be pretty damn good. I think Phillips would roll at home but the home field advantage for Sterling should make this one a hell of a matchup.

He just fell on his non throwing shoulder last week and came out. He’s playing today.

I'm thinking that that was the real state championship game. Both teams seemed, from what I read all season long, pretty damn strong. Loyola is playing in the 8A title game, and Phillips beat them...

Loyoala sat a bunch of kids including 7 starters week one for forming a giant penis on their game field with a bunch of players and taking a picture of it.

Gramatica's knee injury is my all time favorite NFL play.

I can't believe Morris is going to win a state title after my knights kicked their ass earlier this year.
