Thorson is being touted as a high draft pick next year. I don't see it but I said the same thing about Allen a few years ago. Offensive line should be great. They lost a lot on offense with Carr and Jackson but I really like what they have returning at RB.

This is not going to be one of those great seasons where they go on a late run. I think the run is early this year before they play a brutal big 10 schedule.

I think someone said it elsewhere but this really was a must win for the cats and it was a nice job on the road opening night against a rising program. Cats should be in the top 25 next week.

3-3 against Duke now during Fitzgerald’s tenure, and yes, I’d say very typical early season lose against a team they should beat. Still not as bad as the game against ISU two years ago.
