Someone told me for hockey, even if you attend a Catholic school you can play for the public district you are in. Not sure if it's true or not.



Hockey is not an IHSA sport. They have their own rules.

Number one seed Lincoln-Way East loses 2-1 to the 17 seed Romeoville. You don't see the one seed go down first game that often.

It's the Christmas break that does it. There are like 3-4 different holidays in which to have holiday tournaments for basketball.
