Hard to believe NOBODY has been watching Illini basketball this year. Great game tonight. Rare Friday night game. We beat Iowa last year but usually when our expectations are up, we lose. Sure enough, we've fallen in the ranks the last few weeks. 65-63 Iowa with 7 minutes left. Who will win? |

This game is frustrating to watch. SO many starts and stops, and fouls, and free throws. Rare college game to go over 2 hours and it's going on 2 and a half. |

signature win last night. Should be the talk of the town, yet u dont hear a peep about it. This beats the Illini football upset of Wisconsin last year. That cinched a #1 seed. |

who woulda thought the Illini would win their last 3 games, all on the road, all against ranked opponents, including two top 10 teams? This I bet has never happened for the Illini. Closed the game on a 9-0 run. It looked like surefire doom there at 68-64. Also, was a little surprised the Illini were underdogs by 2.5, considering they just beat Michigan on the road w/o Ayo, and now had Ayo back. |

OSU choked. It takes 6 games to win it all. At some point during 5 of those games, the TOs and free throw shooting will doom them. |

Illini favored by only 3 vs Iowa. Seems like a small spread, I dont think Iowa was ranked that high. |

Great recovery by Garza after being blocked on the reverse, to compose himself and hit a long deuce. I was laughing my ass off along with Raftery as they showed him shushing the crowd and calling them a bitch  Was beautiful!

In control the whole way. U never felt like Iowa had a chance. This Cullebro is the real deal. Being scrappy is one thing. But this guy is a genius defender. Great anticipation and knows when and how to poke the ball away or get at the ball. Unbelievable. I thought maybe Vegas knew something I didn't with such a small spread, but I was rght. Just wish I bet more cash on IL. |

Disappointing exit. Ramblers musta had a buncha seniors on their team. The Illini are good, but they are young. Experience is what wins in the NCAA's. |
