Not that I would have tuned in anyway, but this will surely prevent me from listening to any of the 26 Blue Demon games on the Score.

DePaul University announced its 26 game radio schedule for the DePaul Blue Demons mens basketball 2010-11 season, with all broadcasts airing on WSCR-AM and called by Zach Zaidman and Laurence Holmes.

I thought the secret service discouraged them from being in the same place together in case there was an attack. This country could not afford to lose both.

Can they schedule DePaul games every Sunday at about noon?

Truth be told, I feel sorry for LoHo, Zach & Stephen Howard whenever ZZ is on Bears' duty. They've had very little to cheer about calling really bad DePaul basketball on 670 The SCORE in recent years. Even with new head coach Oliver Purnell, very little is expected again this season on Belden Ave., Rosemont or wherever they play this hoops season. They're picking DePaul for another last place finish in the Big East, and anyone predicting miracles from DePaul this season is kidding themselves!

If you are going to have this combo as your radio team, you will remain the dead fish at the bottom of the Big East tank, with that thinking.

So sad to see what has happened to this program.

zach is broadcasting gold. wasn't it he who noted that at one of the arenas it feels like you're right on top of the players?

this no doubt excited low-hoe who hasn't met an athlete he wasn't looking to brag about being friends with.

That's exactly it...ZZ said that about the arena at Rutgers when he & LoHo called one of many losses for DePaul. It's in the "Boers & Bernstein" sound vault...
