Last second notice here, but I'm going to the U of I game this weekend with the Ohio St. Buckeyes coming to town, and need a hotel for just the one night - a friend of mine is looking but says nothing is available in Champaign....

Can anyone recommend or give me a link to some hotels in Champaign so that I can double-check or give me some hotels just outside of Champaign ?

The problem you are going to have, I think, is that most hotels in Chambana for big weekends like OSU require a 2 night stay so you'd have to get both nights.

also be wary of "Historic Lincoln", it's a dive but a place me and my buddies have crashed at on a regular basis on FB weekends. Also you can usually get it for a one-night stay even on football weekends....
