Such an odd career path...Loyola to OU to Depaul

If it's true, definitely a great hire. Either him or Tom Kleinschmidt.

Is it? It took Moser a long time to win at Loyola, and he didn't do anything at OU. He's gonna get Demoned.

It is the best Depaul could do, who was going to be better?

I have no idea. But doing the best they can do does not necessarily mean the hire is a great one. How long is Moser's contract? I don't imagine he'll be expected to win for several seasons.

Well obviously everything is relative, but for Depaul at this current time it is a great hire.

Finding anyone willing to take the job is a great hire.

They should've offered the job to Bernstein.

It seems like Jerry Wainwright all over again.

I think Tom Crean would be the Jerry Wainwright candidate. Three years in Norman Oklahoma will make people consider the DePaul job. If Moser goes .500 in five years at DePaul they'll build a statue of him in Lincoln Park.

From what I'm hearing, it was just a leverage play on Moser's part and he's not going anywhere.

My son and I watched that game last night, it really was heart-breaking seeing how that game slipped away.
